We are a Design-Build firm in the Southlake, Westlake and Colleyville areas.  Our  Principals, David and Julie Walsh, lead their teams of experts in luxury home remodeling.  We have an in-house design team and a construction team.  We begin with our design team who will create a rendering of your newly designed kitchen, bath or entire home remodel.  We also do additions and can show you what this would look like with your home.  Having a design team is what makes your remodel both beautiful and functional!  Our renderings allow you to see your design before your remodel begins.  When the design is approved, our construction team completes your remodel.

 

Construction & Design Consultation

Our process begins with David and Julie meeting with you at your home to see the area you would like to remodel.  This is our Construction & Design Consultation.  It is $200 an hour and usually takes 1-2 hours.  It is a very thorough consultation.  They take time to answer your questions and offer expert advice about your project, like removing walls or moving plumbing.  They will take measurements of the space to be remodeled.  Included with this consultation is your estimate.  Our team prepares an estimate that is line by line and very detailed.

Project management

Once you are under contract, Sterling Renovations & Design manages all construction logistics, taking measurements, ordering products and coordinating contractors’ schedules.  This ensures the project is within budget and running on schedule. When a design decision affects the budget, you are informed so there are no surprises upon completion.

Renderings

Your remodel begins with our design team.  We can create a rendering of your remodel for you.  With a rendering, it’s easy to see your dream and how everything will flow together before your remodel begins.  If you would like to experiment with different color schemes, we can easily show you different cabinets, materials you have selected and finishing details like lighting and fixtures.  We can add windows and remove walls.  The purpose of this step is to give you confidence in your design from start to finish.

Access to showrooms

We have access to a wider variety of brands and products.  Our design services include access to showrooms with the latest trends and styles that are only available to design professionals. You can personally choose the quartzite, marble or granite you love.  You can tour upscale showrooms that will help you get a feel for colors, flooring, lighting and different color appliances. Maybe see what a black and gold kitchen looks and feels like!
